The cycle routes have been put into catogaries of - Short, Medium and Long.
Short runs are between 10 and 30 miles. Medium runs up to 5o miles.
Long runs are 50 plus miles. Each cycle route contains directions and a printable map.
I have endeavoured to run each cycle route past at least one cafe on route sometimes more.
Where ever possible I have also included local ameneties on route to help the cyclist.
